“聚天下英才而用之”，为更好地帮助外籍专家教师了解中国永久居留政策，11月21日下午三点，由深圳市出入境管理局及深圳市移民事务服务厅-国际人才服务中心（以下称“服务中心”）在中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院，为招聘外籍博士的近百名外籍专家、教师、博士后举办中国永久居留政策宣讲会。

宣讲会上来自深圳市出入境管理局的警官及该服务中心的资深国际人才顾问Olivia共同解读中国永久居留最新政策，重点介绍了永久居留证的好处、申请条件、申请材料、申请流程、注意事项等，并开展了现场咨询。一位来自德国的外籍教师表示，她在深圳生活5年，已经将深圳当作了她第二个故乡，这次的讲座让她对永居的申请有了更深入的了解，希望能长期留在深圳工作和生活。

据悉，服务中心由深圳市委组织部指导、深圳市出入境管理局及深圳市人才集团所属外服集团具体落实的一站式全场景国际人才移民融入服务中心，旨在帮助来自世界各地的国际人才更好地融入中国，为他们在华在深工作生活提供更多便利。该服务中心位于深圳市罗湖区解放路4016号出入境管理局行政服务大厅18、19号窗口。配备精通中英双语的专业咨询顾问，能为来访外籍人士提供永久居留、工作许可、居留许可、签证、公证、国外无犯罪证明、中国驻外领馆认证（如美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、英国等20多国）、国外驻华领馆认证、人力资源、翻译、驾照换领、医疗、商业保险、子女教育、租房等近百余项涉及外国人相关事务的咨询及办理服务。

A foreign teacher from Germany said that she has lived in Shenzhen for many years which she referred as her second hometown. The seminar hosted by the Service centre granted her a deeper understanding of the application for permanent residency as well as an expectation for staying in Shenzhen for a longer term.
